Dal 2008 Nima Plast in collaborazione con altre aziende del settore ha realizzato e progettato linee per guarnizione in TPE o TPV con nastro floccato in adesione continua sulla linea. Tale guarnizione va a sostituire le vecchie guarnizioni estruse in gomma EPDM.
In particolare in questi ultimi anni Nima Plast ha messo a punto delle linee per il settore “Automotive” in grado di produrre profili in TPE, TPV, PVC e PP mono e coestrusi con un sistema di accoppiamento in linea del nastro floccato direttamente sul profilo.
Questi impianti oltre ad essere innovativi sono anche, dal punto di vista energetico e dal punto di visto riciclo, in sintonia con quello che oggi richiede il mercato dell’auto. Tutti i materiali estrusi sono riciclabili cosa non fattibile con le vecchie guarnizione in EPDM con metallo all’interno.

Particularly in recent years Nima Plast has developed lines for the automotive sector can produce profiles TPE, TPV, PVC and PP mono and coextruded with a coupling system in line flocked tape directly on the profile.
These facilities are in addition to being innovative, from the energy point of view and in terms of recycling, in line with what today requires the car market. All extruded materials can be recycled which is not feasible with the old EPDM with metal inside.
